Sidharth is the Founder & CEO of Headways Research, embarking on an exhilarating journey through the realm of recruitment. With over 8 years of expertise in 360-degree recruitment and candidate research, Sidharth has donned many hats and amassed invaluable experience along the way.

He's had the privilege of connecting with recruiters from every corner of the globe, absorbing insights, and forging lasting bonds. His primary focus has been on recruitment research, a field he's genuinely passionate about. Sidharth has dedicated himself to the art of recruitment research and nurturing robust relationships, resulting in a journey marked by impact and success. He's also had the honor of guiding and mentoring researchers, cultivating a culture of excellence in recruitment research and business development.

One of his proudest moments? Well, Sidharth spearheaded over 100% growth in his last role within a single year – a testament to his unwavering commitment and sheer hard work, alongside his exceptional team.

When he's not fully immersed in the recruitment world, you'll find Sidharth exploring new places, scoring goals on his PS4 in FIFA, or delving into the thrilling world of stock markets. He's always open for a chat, whether it's about recruitment strategies, business ideas, or simply swapping travel tales.

Meet Aanchal, our Head of Learning and Development and a true powerhouse at Headways Research. With a degree in political science from one of Delhi University's top colleges, she's not just book-smart but also brings a wealth of teaching experience to our team.

Aanchal kicked off her career as an associate at Metlife, and from there, her journey took an exciting turn. She joined Newage Solutions, where she became a research maestro and a wizard at business development and lead generation. Her hard work and expertise didn't go unnoticed, earning her a well-deserved promotion to Senior Research Analyst, along with the coveted title of L&D Specialist.

But there's more to Aanchal than her professional prowess. In her downtime, she's the queen of makeup sessions, an unstoppable shopping enthusiast, a Netflix aficionado, and a devoted family person. Aanchal is not just a valuable team member; she's the vibrant, multi-talented heart of our crew.
